Either when you rent to tenants, or if you will use the property by your own, we pay your property bills, mortgage etc. and provide detailed monthly statements and disbursement, as well as tax information prepared by our accounting staff.
Some of the Uruguayan taxes we take care of are, among others, IRNR (foreign personal rent tax, when applicable), IMM (Montevideo real estate tax) and ANEP (tax to aid the primary school).
